About the Course
This course in meant as a specific course focusing on common classic cocktails. I have broken the course down into 5 stages: - Vodka
-Tequila
-Rum
-Gin
-Whiskey
-Cordials
The idea of this course is for the student to be able to produce the basic cocktails that might be asked for, behind a craft cocktail bar.
As a part of the course the students will also learn the basics of describing cocktails. (Is something mildly tart with a nice backdrop of vanilla?)
